My roots are with black and white film photography. I can remember many days in high school where I rolled my own TMAX 3200 and shot with the a Yashica. I have been photographing weddings digitally for about nine years but have always been drawn to the beauty and simplicity that film offers. Specifically, I have always loved the look of medium format film, and as a result, I have acquired a film camera to implement in my 2013 weddings. In an effort to understand the workflow and camera better, I signed up for a stylized workshop. I wanted to polish up at a non-paying event. Since then, I have shot some portraits and engagement work with the new rig. I love it, and I wanted to share some shots from the stylized session.
